One-off Motorjacht Cruiser , "Arrow"

"Arrow" a yard built 17 meter motor boat out of steel.

Beautiful boat with some painting and interior finishes to be provided but with a good hull and motorization. Owner is selling due to advanced age so the boat is available immediately.
In recent years there were reasonable investments such as a new central heating on diesel, 3 victron battery chargers and inverters, underwater ship treated and welded where necessary, major maintenance on the engines and hydraulic installation, new electric anchor winch....

The boat features a spacious aft deck with direct access to the pilothouse through a large window. Forward flush deck with bench seating in the superstructure.

Inside, next to the pilothouse you have a spacious salon with lots of light and visibility. Forward to starboard you have the longitudinal galley, separate cabin to port, shower room (currently not in use due to installation of new boiler) and the forward cabin which is currently used as a storage room.

Aft you have the aft cabin, bathroom with bathtub and access to the engine room through the bathroom. At the very back a technical room with access to the generator, steering gear, diesel tanks and space for storage.

It is a very solid vessel with incredible possibilities. The ship has already been surveyed and found good by the surveyor regarding hull thickness and motorization, this survey report can be viewed during the visit, if you wish to receive a copy of the report this has to be paid to the surveyor.
Work to be foreseen: sealant teak deck in some places (thickness of 45mm!, the deck has been cleaned in the meantime as can be seen on some pictures), reattach sea rail in some places, treat rust on the rubbing strake and several smaller places, some interior finishes here and there, electronics needs an update.
