This unique houseboat is sold with fixed concession in City of Ghent! Reason for sale is a move abroad.

"Eiland" was completely built according to its own design in 2012 and is better as new. The boat has no defects, only advantages.

The vessel is 19.95m long and 4.6m wide and is easy to steer from the wheelhouse with 360° visibility, powerful engine and bow thruster.

"Eiland" comes in a wonderful state, with cvo inspection (while not required! <20m), completely repainted in 2021 (not a speck of rust!) and an engine bay where you can literally eat off the ground. All original plans are present and a complete file where in detail the operation of the boat is described, as well as the paints and maintenance materials used (!).

Autonomy: Rainwater tank of 1,000l, drinking water tank of 2,000l, diesel tanks of 3,500l, holding tank of 800l, generator 13.5 kva, inverter of 2500W, home battery of 750 ah and 1,240 W of solar panels.

Engine: John Deere, 135 hp with only 1358 working hours and a 15 hp bow thruster on 24v.

Accommodation: large aft cabin with double bed and separate toilet with sink, wheelhouse with dining table, large living area with fully equipped open kitchen, bedstead, bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and sink, linen room with washer and dryer, forepeak for storage and workshop (extra room?).

Storage: in each room you have enough closets and under the floorboards you will find a large volume of clean and dry storage for food, luggage, Christmas material, naughty children 😉 etc..
